This policy explains what Eagle Van Lines collects, why, who sees it, and how long we keep it. It covers the quote form, the office phone, the CRM where Angela and Kevin log every job, and the cookies on this website. Who sees it

Only Eagle Van Lines staff: Vincent Caruso, Angela Pellegrino, Marcus Ferreira, Kevin O’Malley, Dante Novak, Julian Ortiz. Plus the payment processor (card numbers we never store ourselves; the processor is PCI compliant). We do not sell, rent or share your information with third‑party marketers.

  • Internal: office and crew, on need‑to‑know basis
  • Payment processor: for card transactions only
  • State or federal authority: only if legally compelled
  • Never: data brokers, lead resellers, marketing lists

How long we keep it

Quote requests that never become jobs: 12 months, then deleted. Active customer records: kept for the duration of the relationship and 7 years after the last job (standard New Jersey records retention). Storage customer records: kept while you have a unit at the warehouse, plus 7 years.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (subject to the 7‑year retention for completed jobs). Call (888) 278-9005 or email through the contact page. We answer inside 30 days.

Plain English: we collect what we need to call you back, run your job, bill correctly. Nothing for resale.

Cookies and analytics

Marcus checks the job against the Communipaw Ave schedule, writes the figure with full-value protection already included, and Vincent signs off before it lands back in your inbox — usually within the hour. If you end up booking with someone else, that's the end of it; nobody's calling to follow up.
